Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and aesthetic in your Kinobody gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
